Fillmore Spencer attorneys also have the expertise necessary to register complex software with the U.S. Copyright Office. Additionally, our team handles situations from simple litigation involving trade name, trademark, and cybersquatting disputes, to complex litigation involving software rights, trademark and trade dress infringement, and domain name disputes.
