     Bill, as he is known, started practicing law in Denver, Colorado with the regional law firm Holland & Hart. After he left Holland & Hart he went to work for Olson & Hoggan in Logan, Utah. In 1986 he served as Associate General Counsel for Brigham Young University and in 1991 he opened the Utah County Office for the Salt Lake law firm of Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy and served as managing attorney for three years before form his own firm in 1994.    
     As a founding member and a name partner Bill engages in corporate and business law. He also handles purchase, sale and merger matters, debt and equity financing transactions, technology licensing and commercial real estate matters. He also assists corporate clients in search of investment capital and strategic partners.
     Bill has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Provo-Orem Chamber of Commerce, as a member of the BYU Alumni Association Board, and as a member of the Provo School District Foundation for Excellence Board. He is a co-founder of the annual Summit Conferences for the Utah Information Technologies Association, a Board Member of the Academy Square Foundation, and served as the National President of the BYU Cougar Club. Bill is currently serving as legal counsel for America’s Freedom Festival at Provo, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Timpanogos Regional Hospital.
